About SetNow: clients & CRM

• One notifications feed The bell on Home opens your feed: new and cancelled bookings, tasks, inventory, documents and reviews. It's the same feed on your phone and in the browser, and read items stay read everywhere. SetNow news is collected in a single "What's new?" card. Choose what to show in My notifications — the gear icon in the feed. • Set hours for several days at once In Work schedule, Month view, tap the days you need and press "Set hours": the working hours and blocked time apply to every selected day. For teams, the month is now a grid: staff on the left, days with shift hours on the right, and a whole-month overview. • Calendar fits your working day Day and Week views now start when the shift starts and end when it ends, with no empty hours. Bookings outside the shift are still shown. • Client messages: MAX and a second reminder Client notifications is now more compact: turn a channel on with one switch and drag channels to reorder them. MAX is added (Russia), sent through your company's own bot. You can send a second reminder (for example, 24 hours and 2 hours before) and ask clients to rate their visit: the review link goes out over the same channels, no app needed. • Reviews You get a notification about a new review with its rating and text. Hidden reviews have their own tab. • Custom price and notes after the visit A booking now has a "Custom price" switch: the agreed amount goes straight into revenue, statistics and the membership charge. You can add a note after the visit, and bookings with a note are marked with a folded corner in the calendar. The comment a client leaves when booking online is shown on the booking card. • Memberships A new catalog: cards with a photo, terms and price, a filter by type, and "Issue" right on the card. Creating a membership takes three steps: type and price → rules → for clients. "Clients" shows who bought a membership and how much they have left. The membership link can now go to messengers, not only by SMS. • Service photos and description Add up to 4 photos to a service — clients see them in online booking. Company details / Booking profile now has a description: what you do, how to get there, what to bring. It appears on your booking home page. The address is now set only on the branch or location. • Check in by QR at a class A group class now has "Check in by QR": scan the client's pass and they are marked as attended. If the client isn't on the list, you can book and check them in right away and see which membership will be charged. At the entrance, a client without a booking can be booked into a class that is running or about to start. Bug fixes and stability improvements.

App privacy

The developer, Aliaksei Artsiush, reported these privacy practices to Apple.
