RECIPES AND MENUS Keep recipes with ingredients, quantities and cost per unit, servings, prep and cook time and allergens; Galley works out the cost per serving. Build each event's menu with a cost per person. SHOPPING AND PREP A shopping list of the ingredients in your recipes, scaled to each event's guest count and added up across events, and a prep plan with tasks, categories and due dates that you can start from a timeline for the kind of event.
