About BuddySit: Pet Sitting Exchange
BuddySit eliminates the expensive fees of traditional boarding by connecting you with a trusted network of local pet parents. Instead of paying cash, you trade favors. Take a neighbor’s dog for a walk or host a weekend hangout to earn credits, then cash those credits in whenever you need boarding, walking, or a midday playtime session for your own furry best friend. It’s a true win-win: your pet gets love from a real animal person, and your wallet gets a break.

SAFER, MORE TRUSTED COMMUNITY • Email verification and a quick captcha at sign-up keep out fake accounts, so you can trust the people you meet. • Something went wrong with a booking? Either person can now open a dispute from the booking screen, during or after the sit, and explain what happened. Credits stay on hold while our team reviews it. BROWSE BEFORE YOU JOIN • Explore sitters and their profiles without creating an account. • A new welcome tour explains how credits and booking work. BETTER ON EVERY SCREEN • BuddySit now fits iPad and larger windows, with a clean, centered layout. • Updated for the newest iPhones, including iPhone Duo. SMARTER PRIVACY AND CONTROL • Choose whether to appear in sitter search, and share your profile with a direct link. • Decide which email reminders you want: booking requests, agreement signatures, confirmations and review requests. • Control whether your phone number and address are shared after a booking. SMOOTHER BOOKINGS • Clearer booking confirmations, plus an email when both parties have signed the Pet Sitting Agreement. • Review reminders after each completed sit. • Push notifications for booking requests, messages and agreements. Plus performance improvements and bug fixes. Questions or feedback? [email protected]
