Amaeru: Dog & Cat Diary

Understanding them better is part of caring for them. Amaeru is a free food and wellness diary for dogs and cats. Scan barcodes or labels, compare the available information with each pet’s profile, and keep meals, digestion, symptoms and care in one shared timeline. BEFORE IT REACHES THE BOWL Scan the barcode of a product already in the catalogue, or photograph the packaging and the composition section of its label. Amaeru helps you: • read available ingredients and nutritional information; • assess the product separately for each pet; • consider species and life stage; • highlight known allergies and intolerances; • find ingredients previously associated with problems or signs in the diary; • see recorded conditions and other details that may need attention. The same product may deserve a different assessment for different pets. A DIARY THAT KEEPS THE WHOLE STORY Log in just a few steps: • meals, portions, appetite and preference; • drinking water and water obtained from food; • stool using the Bristol Stool Scale; • vomiting and other symptoms; • weight and body condition; • medication, vaccinations, appointments and reminders. Amaeru keeps events in chronological order, helping you review what changed before a sign appeared. USEFUL INSIGHTS Review weekly trends, estimated calorie budget, summaries and correlations between ingredients and recorded events. Correlations show associations within the diary data; they do not prove that one event caused another. PANTRY AND SHOPPING LIST Organise products, varieties and multipacks, monitor supplies and prepare your shopping list while keeping track of what your pets actually use. CARE TOGETHER Manage multiple pets and invite the people who help care for them. The diary stays shared, with different roles and permissions. WHEN YOU SPEAK TO YOUR VET Find the history, charts and information for a selected period. With the Vet Report Pass, you can generate and download unlimited PDF reports for seven days. AMAERU IS FREE All everyday features are free. The only optional purchase is the Vet Report Pass: • one-time purchase; • unlimited PDF reports for seven days; • no subscription; • no automatic renewal; • purchase it again only when you need it. Amaeru began with the true story of Connie, the founder’s cat. It was difficult to reconstruct what she had eaten, when her digestive problems began and what had changed. That need became a simpler way to remember and understand. Amaeru organises and compares the available information. It does not guarantee that a food is safe, provide a diagnosis or replace professional veterinary care. For those who rely on you.
