PadMates

PadMates is the Roommate Operating System — everything you need to run a shared home, from move-in to move-out. Most roommate apps stop at matching. PadMates starts where they end: the daily reality of actually living together. Splitting the grocery bill, remembering whose turn it is to take out the trash, settling up without the passive-aggressive Venmo requests. We handle the awkward stuff so you can just be roommates. SPLIT EXPENSES FAIRLY Add an expense in seconds and split it however makes sense — evenly, or by custom percentage when someone's room is bigger or the bill isn't shared equally. See running balances at a glance: who owes who, and how much. When it's time to settle up, pay directly through Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle with a tap. STAY ON TOP OF CHORES Assign chores, track who's done what, and build completion streaks that actually make cleaning the bathroom a little satisfying. No more "I always do the dishes" arguments — the record speaks for itself. SET HOUSE RULES TOGETHER Create house rules everyone agrees on, with democratic voting so decisions are fair, not dictated. Quiet hours, guest policies, kitchen etiquette — get it in writing before it becomes a problem. BUILD YOUR PADMATES SCORE Your reputation as a roommate, quantified. The PadMates Score reflects how reliably you pull your weight — completing chores and settling up on time — so good roommates get the credit they deserve. KEEP EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE Track shared household items, document your space, and keep your whole living situation organized in one app instead of scattered across group chats, spreadsheets, and memory. PADMATES PRO Upgrade to Pro to unlock the full experience, including receipt scanning, personal expense tracker, analytics and more. $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Whether you're moving in with friends, strangers, or somewhere in between, PadMates keeps everyone on the same page — and keeps the friendship intact. Shared Living, Made Simple.
