Easy Set List

The setlist app built for the people doing the gig. Easy Set List keeps your whole repertoire ready — songs, keys, BPMs, chord charts, lyrics, and backing tracks — in one place you can actually read on stage. Build a setlist in two minutes. Hit Perform. Get through the night. No spreadsheets. No "where's the chart" texts at soundcheck. No squinting at a 9pt PDF. WHAT MAKES IT EASY • A library that grows with you. Add a song once — title, artist, key, BPM, capo, lyrics, chord chart, notes. Reuse it forever, across every gig. • Setlists in minutes. Drag songs into sets, breaks, and talking moments. Reorder mid-rehearsal. See total runtime as you build, so a "45-minute slot" actually lands at 45 minutes. • Performance Mode that disappears. Lyrics and inline chord charts scale up to readable sizes the second you tap Perform. Swipe to the next song. The screen stays awake. Notifications get out of the way. • Band Sync. Flip it on and the whole band follows your screen. Song changes, key changes, click track — everyone lands on the same downbeat without a single text message. • Click track and backing tracks. Attach audio to a song and have it auto-start when you swipe in. The metronome locks to the BPM. Send click to in-ears, full track to mains — your call. • Charts in your key. Import PDF chord charts or write them inline. Transpose on the fly when the singer pulls an audible. Capo, key, and BPM live with the song so you stop second-guessing. • Templates for the gigs you repeat. Save your 3-set brewery, your ceremony + reception, your Tuesday acoustic slot, your Sunday morning worship flow. Spin up next month's setlist in one tap. • Free Play. Rehearsal mode for any song in your library, no setlist required. Great for jams and last-minute requests. • Print and share. Big-text, single-page PDFs that look right on a music stand. Send to the drummer. AirDrop to a sub. Or share the live setlist with the whole band. BUILT FOR WORKING MUSICIANS Easy Set List started as a tool for gigging musicians who got tired of duct-taping Google Docs, Notes, GarageBand, and a Dropbox folder together every week. Every screen is tuned for stage conditions — high contrast, big type, no taps in the wrong place. Every choice asks one question: does this help me play the next song? PRIVACY-FIRST BY DEFAULT You can use the entire app — library, setlists, Performance Mode, charts, tracks — without an account, fully offline, on a single device. Your library stays yours. Sign in only when you want to sync across devices or share with the band. No ads. No third-party tracking. No selling your data. PLANS • Free: full single-device library, setlists, and Performance Mode. Plenty for a solo musician or a single iPad on stage. • Personal Pro: cloud sync across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac, plus advanced exports and unlimited storage. • Band: shared workspace for one group, Band Sync follower mode, real-time setlist edits, role-based access. • Band Plus: everything in Band, with up to five owned band workspaces and expanded shared storage for multiple bands, artists, or projects.
