MTN HLTH is the companion app for members of MTN HLTH, a longevity and health optimization medical practice. It gives you one private place to manage your care between visits. With the MTN HLTH app you can: • Message your provider right from the app • Review your personalized wellness plan and current medications • Connect Apple Health so your care team can see your metrics • Complete check-ins before your visits so your provider is prepared • See your lab and bloodwork instructions and track your results • Book, reschedule, and join virtual or in-office visits • View your prescribed therapies • Manage your membership, payment methods, and billing Access requires an active MTN HLTH account.
