About ADAPZ

ADAPZ is an adaptive strength and conditioning coach for your phone. Not a workout list. A coach. A PLAN THAT ADAPTS TO YOU It starts with your goal — strength, muscle, fat loss, fitness — and your sport, if you play one. Before each session a 30-second check-in asks how you actually feel: your energy, your soreness, your time. The session reshapes itself around the answer — lighter when you're run down, honest progression when you're ready — and it quietly works around any niggles you mention. The destination never changes; the path bends when life demands it. BUILT FOR YOUR SPORT Tennis, padel, pickleball, golf, football, basketball, rugby, boxing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, trail running, climbing. Pick yours and the whole plan leans toward what that sport demands — every week you train, not one special week. ANY EQUIPMENT. OR NONE. Your plan is built only from what you actually have: a fully loaded gym, a hotel gym, a pair of bands, or nothing but your bodyweight. When the room changes, most exercises swap for a true equivalent on the spot. A COACH THAT TALKS YOU THROUGH IT Over 300 exercises and around 500 video demonstrations, each with written cues and a real recorded voice. Spoken cues and a timer voice carry you through warm-ups, work sets and recovery, so your eyes stay on the work, not on a screen. Choose the Steady voice or the Bright one — in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese and Hindi. DESIGNED, NEVER RANDOM Every session follows the same tested coaching rules used to train professional coaches — not a chatbot guessing, not a celebrity's routine. Order, volume and progression all mean something, because a coach designed them to. Random workouts give random results. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE No account. No cloud. No tracking. Your training history, your check-ins and your health data stay on your device. Apple Health, if you turn it on, is read and written on your device only. Our privacy label says it plainly: Data Not Collected. THE FREE VERSION IS THE REAL THING The full coaching experience, up to two sessions a week, not a trial. Every exercise, every video, every voice and every language. Nothing held back. ADAPZ UNLIMITED Removes the weekly cap — train as often as you like. £34.99 a year. What’s new

Version 1.0.11 · Updated October 29, 2026

Recovery day, noted: finish the gentle session and Home says so, with the workout one tap away. Swaps carry across your plan: swap an exercise you dislike and every day that holds it follows. Weights you can actually load: converted loads and every tap land on real bells or your step. Coach voice after a long pause: the check-in read plays even when the app sat in the background. The demo video picks up where it paused when you step out for a moment.
