RhinoCert: Electrical Certs

Create BS 7671 certificates on site, offline, in minutes — with forms that do the working with you. RhinoCert checks your figures as you fill them in, so you get it right first time. FORMS THAT DO THE WORKING WITH YOU Not paper forms on a screen. RhinoCert works alongside you as you go: • Zs checked against maximum permitted values as you type • R1+R2 and ring circuit continuity checked for consistency • RCD disconnection times validated against the limits • Multi-board support, with sub-boards created straight from a circuit • Practical tips and field notes built into the forms Anything that looks off is flagged there and then — not after you have left site. NO CREDITS. NO LIMITS. Every feature is included and none of it is metered. Nothing is held back behind an upgrade and nothing runs out mid-job. CERTIFICATES • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) — 50+ inspection items, observation photos with C1/C2/C3/FI severity codes, automatic photo appendix • Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) — single-signature, for new installations and alterations • Electrical Installation Certificate Multi-Signature — up to 5 signature blocks across Design, Construction, and Inspection & Testing • Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate (MEIWC) — single and multi-circuit Built around BS 7671 Amendment 4, published April 2026 and the current standard for UK electrical installation work. SNAP THE BOARD Photograph the consumer unit and our AI reads it — every breaker, with rating, type, standard and labels — straight onto the schedule. The model is our own: UK-trained on UK distribution boards and maintained in-house, not licensed from a general AI provider. Your photos are never sent to third-party AI services for processing. Scan as many boards as you like. NO SIGNAL? NO PROBLEM. Built offline-first. Create, edit and save certificates with no internet connection. Everything syncs when you are back online. YOUR TEAM SUBMITS. YOU REVIEW. An optional review workflow for firms that want a second pair of eyes before anything is issued. Your team fills certificates on site and submits them; authorised reviewers approve with a digital signature. • Four roles — Super Admin, Qualified Supervisor, Electrician, Admin • One person can hold several roles • You choose which certificate types need review, and who can review them • Full audit trail — every action timestamped and searchable MULTI-DEVICE BY DESIGN iPhone, iPad and the web. Start a certificate on your phone, finish it on a tablet, deliver it from a laptop. YOUR DATA. PROTECTED. Built on Google Cloud Platform with industry-standard encryption. Company data isolated at the database level with role-based access controls. Built in the UK for UK electricians.
