TourForge: Tour Management

TourForge is the operating system for touring artists. Built by people who know the road, it replaces the chaotic mix of group chats, spreadsheets, and shared notes with one central hub for your band, crew, and management. Whether you're doing a weekend run in a van or a full national tour, TourForge keeps everyone on the same page from load-in to settlement. KEY FEATURES: • AI Poster Import: Just upload your tour poster and our AI assistant, Dings, will instantly extract dates, venues, cities, and openers to build your routing. • Live Day Sheets: Load-in, soundcheck, doors, and curfew. Everyone knows where they need to be and when. • Smart Settlements: Calculate payouts, track guarantees, and manage walkout cash without fighting a spreadsheet at 2 AM. • Merch Tracking: Log your counts, track your goals, and know exactly what sold each night. • Collaborative Setlists: Build setlists fast, drag to reorder, and sync instantly with the whole band. • Team Management: Invite band members, crew, and tour managers. Control exactly who sees what—from setlists to settlements. • Real-time Sync: When the TM changes the set time or adds a guest list spot, everyone's phone updates instantly. The road is hard enough. Managing it shouldn't be. Stop managing chaos and start managing your tour with TourForge. TourForge requires a subscription to access premium features. All plans include a 30-day free trial — your payment method is collected at sign-up but you will not be charged until your trial ends. After your trial, plans start at $17/month. Cancel anytime.
