About SiteLog AI
Capture, Talk, Log. SiteLog AI is the fastest way for superintendents and field crews to document a jobsite — built for work gloves, sunlight, and thirty-second windows between problems. SPEAK IT — Tap once and talk. Your words appear as you speak, tuned for construction vocabulary: RFIs, change orders, rebar, CMU, GFCI. Notes are cleaned up and filed automatically. SHOOT IT — Photos attach to your log with one tap. 2x zoom for detail shots across the site. ASK IT — The Vault answers questions about your own logs from your actual records: "How many urgent items this week?" "Show me yesterday's photos." "When did the inspector pass the rough-in?" SEND IT — A clean daily report — every log, every photo, PDF attached, or on demand. Text any log to anyone straight from the app. Works offline. Everything syncs when you're back in coverage. Your jobsite data stays private — no ads, no tracking, never used to train AI. Terms of Use (EULA): https://sitelog-ai.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://sitelog-ai.com/privacy
What’s new
Version 1.1.0 · Updated August 19, 2026
Introducing the SiteLog AI Subscription. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial: capture voice, photo, and keyboard logs, ask your Vault questions about your own jobsite history, and send daily, weekly, and custom PDF reports. After the trial, one simple monthly subscription keeps new logging unlocked. Your records are always yours: existing logs stay readable, searchable, and exportable — subscription or not. Also in this update: purchase reliability improvements and under-the-hood hardening.
