Grove Coach

Grove is a small, quiet place between you and your coach. Your coach invited you here so the work you do together has somewhere to live on the days you are not in a session. It is not another app trying to nag you into being your best self. It is a 30-second check-in, habits you tap instead of log, your progress charted as you go, and a way to send your coach a note at 9pm without feeling like you are bothering anyone. WHAT YOU’LL DO ON GROVE • Check in. Each day, your focus for the week, how you are feeling, the habits you agreed to, and the actions still open, in one scroll. • Habits and actions. A single tap. No typing, no finding the right tab. Streaks build at your pace, and a missed day is not a verdict. • Goals and measurements. Log what you and your coach are tracking and watch the line move, with photos where that helps. • Weekly reflections. Written in your own words, on your phone, and waiting for your coach before your next session. • Your program. The phases and steps your coach laid out, so you always know what is next. • Your story. The chapters of your coaching so far, in your coach’s words and yours. • Messages. Send a note when something comes up. Your coach replies when they are back at their desk. • Voice memos. Hear your coach in their own voice, reply in yours, and read the transcript whenever listening is not an option. • Sessions and resources. See what is booked, pay when something is due, and open what your coach shared. GRACE FOR THE GAP If you miss a day, no big deal. Go back and fill it in, or skip it. Your coach sees the trend either way. YOU DRAW THE LINE Only you and your coach can see what you write. We do not share your data, and we do not run it through advertising or analytics that link back to you. Apple Health syncing is yours to turn on, one measure at a time. Sage, your coach’s AI assistant, only reads what you and your coach have both agreed to, and either of you can turn that off any time. Grove works with the coach you already have.
