HypeRaise

HypeRaise is a group fundraising platform built for school athletic programs, booster clubs, club teams, and youth sports organizations. Launch a campaign in under an hour, automate donor outreach, and track every dollar from a single dashboard. BUILT FOR COACHES AND ADMINISTRATORS Traditional fundraising creates busywork. Coaches manually follow up with parents. Administrators reconcile spreadsheets from multiple programs. Athletic directors have no unified view of what is happening across their department. HypeRaise removes that friction. Administrators get centralized control. Coaches get automated outreach. Parents get a checkout experience that takes under sixty seconds from any phone. HOW IT WORKS Set up a branded campaign page with your team name, photos, and fundraising goal. Upload your contact list once. HypeRaise generates a personalized donation link for every player and sends scheduled email and text reminders to supporters on your behalf, using your team name as the sender. You do not need to follow up manually. Real-time dashboards show individual and group progress, top donors, and overall campaign performance as it happens. FOR ATHLETIC DIRECTORS Athletic directors can oversee every program from one administrative dashboard. Track campaign progress, donor activity, and payout status across every sport your department runs without chasing down reports from individual coaches. FOR CLUB AND TRAVEL TEAMS Club and travel teams face higher per-player costs than school programs. HypeRaise supports campaigns covering tournament fees, travel expenses, and equipment needs, with direct payout to your organization's bank account. SECURE PAYMENTS All payments are processed through Stripe, which holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest level available for payment processors. Donor card data is never stored on HypeRaise servers. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. NO ALL-OR-NOTHING MODEL You keep every dollar raised regardless of whether your team hits its stated goal. Every donation collected during your campaign window is processed and paid out to your program. SUPPORT FROM REAL PEOPLE Every new program receives a dedicated account manager who handles setup and stays available throughout the campaign. Support is available by phone and email Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern, with a typical response time of under one hour during business hours. HypeRaise is used by high school athletic departments, middle school programs, youth football and baseball leagues, band programs, JROTC units, cheer organizations, and club and travel teams across the United States. Over $20 million raised across 300 campaigns, backed by 15 years of fundraising experience.
