Survey and Report

Create site reports super fast. Locations -> Photos -> Comments -> Report and generate them in professional reports with company logo. Stop writing field reports after the fact. Survey and Report captures everything on-site — photos, GPS, annotations, and notes — and generates professional PDF and Word documents in seconds. Built for property managers, inspectors, contractors, tenants, landlords, field surveyors, infrastructure teams, and construction teams who need accurate, shareable site documentation without the paperwork. --- CREATE REPORTS IN THE FIELD Add locations, capture photos, and type notes — all in one place while you're still on-site. GPS coordinates and timestamps are automatically attached to each photo so your documentation is always traceable. ANNOTATE PHOTOS WITH 10 TOOLS Circle defects, draw arrows to problem areas, add text callouts, highlight items, blur sensitive information, or crop to focus on what matters. A full annotation editor is built right into every photo — no other app needed. PROFESSIONAL EXPORTS IN TWO FORMATS Generate a branded PDF complete with your company logo, ABN, officer name, and page-numbered header and footer. Or export a fully formatted Word (.docx) document for clients who need an editable copy. Email either directly from the app. WHITE-LABEL EXPORTS (SURVEY AND REPORT+) Survey and Report+ subscribers can remove the app tagline from every PDF and Word header — delivering fully white-labelled, professional documents that look like they came directly from your own business. MULTI-REPORT SUMMARIES Select multiple reports and export a consolidated Excel spreadsheet — perfect for weekly progress summaries, monthly maintenance logs, or portfolio-wide audits. WORKS FOR ANY INDUSTRY — Property maintenance and defect reporting — Pre-lease and end-of-lease condition reports — Construction progress and stage inspections — Stormwater, drainage, and infrastructure surveys — Workplace safety and compliance audits — Council and government site assessments STAMP PHOTOS WITH DATE AND GPS Enable date and GPS overlays to print location and time directly onto each photo in your exports — providing tamper-evident, defensible documentation for disputes and insurance claims.
