About ReelAxe

Calmer, more natural soundscapes We've completely rebuilt the ambient sound engine. Rain, water, forest, wind, cosmic, and bell textures now sound like the real thing - soft, layered, and meant for meditation. Every soundscape in your library has been re-tuned. Sound only plays when you're breathing Soundscapes start with your session and stop the moment you pause or finish - no more audio playing in the background when you're not meditating. Phase haptics and a new vibration toggle A gentle tap now marks every inhale, hold, and exhale so you can stay in rhythm with your eyes closed. Toggle it on or off anytime from the new vibration button in the bottom bar. Session history at your fingertips Tap the eye icon to see your recent breathing sessions - duration, cycles, soundscape, and points earned. Points on your home screen Your total accumulated points now show right next to the ReelAxe logo so you can see your progress at a glance. Detailed mode for classic breathing The classic bubble view now shows the session pill, live timer, and percent complete bar - matching the experience in heart mode. Smoother performance Significant battery and CPU improvements across the board. Animations are silkier, the app feels lighter, and your phone stays cooler during longer sessions. Better on iPad Settings, session history, and the journey summary now use the full screen with a clean 40pt margin, instead of the tiny centered sheet. Quality-of-life polish Sound button now mutes and unmutes instead of opening Settings Settings is reachable from the gear icon in the top bar Sessions pause when you switch apps, and reset cleanly if you fully close ReelAxe Various small fixes and visual refinements Thank you for breathing with us.
