What’s new

Version 1.2.0 · Updated October 3, 2026

Version 1.2 is our biggest update yet. • Home Screen widget: see calories left and water at a glance, on the Home Screen or the Lock Screen (iOS 17 and later). • Water tracking: count your glasses, set a daily target, and turn on gentle reminders if you like. • Meal reminders: a separate reminder for breakfast, lunch and dinner, each at the time you choose. It is skipped once that meal is logged. • Quick add: log a meal with just a name and its calories, no searching needed. • Real portions: log in cups, spoons, slices, pieces, grams or ounces. Metric and imperial units. • Meals: every entry belongs to breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. • Faster logging: your recent foods sit on top, and one tap logs the same amount again. • Fix it where you see it: tap an entry on the Home screen to edit it. Deleted the wrong one? Undo. • Edit your own foods: correct a custom food's name, calories or portion in Settings > Manage Custom Foods. • Forgot yesterday? Add entries for the past 7 days, or copy a past day to today. • A 7-day overview in History, with your weekly average. • Streak settings with a vacation mode that keeps your streak safe while you rest. • A warmer, calmer look in light and dark, plus many accessibility improvements. • More accurate calorie values for several foods.
