About Aviation 1 in 60 Academy

Aviation 1 in 60 Academy is the official student app for the Aviation 1 in 60 flight school. It supports Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) theory delivery and CASA examination preparation under the integrated training model where theory and practical flying run concurrently. Once you have been enrolled in a course by the school, the app gives you everything you need on iPhone or iPad: STUDY MATERIAL • Open the PDFs, slide decks, Word documents, images and videos your instructor releases. • See at a glance which materials you have already covered and which are still outstanding. • Materials are released in line with your course timetable. CASA-STYLE QUIZZES • Multiple-choice and short-answer practice questions modelled on the CASA examination format. • Tolerance bands on numeric answers so close-but-correct working still scores. • Attempt history with weak-question highlights across your last sittings. • A quiz is marked complete once you score above 70%. PROGRESS TRACKING • Per-course completion percentage on your dashboard. • Your theory instructor sees your attempts, weak topics and progress, and can recommend you for examination at the right moment. COURSE CONSENT LOG • Sign the theory-delivery agreement once per course. The date, time and version are recorded as required by Australian aviation training rules. GETTING IN • Sign in with the credentials issued by the school. • Or tap "Join course with code" and enter the 6-character classroom code from your instructor. • Access is provided free of charge to students enrolled in a CPL theory course or an Instrument Rating (IREX) course with Aviation 1 in 60. Aviation 1 in 60 Academy works alongside 1in60 Log, the school's attendance and student-management app, to give students and staff a single connected training experience. Note: this app is for enrolled students of Aviation 1 in 60. Internal practice scores and recommendations do not guarantee a CASA examination pass. Final examination is conducted by CASA-approved providers.
