ClearFM

ClearFM is an app for commercial property managers and the service providers. Assign a job, see the vendor accept it, get photos and a timestamp when it closes. Our Agent, ClearContractor helps your team as the central nervous system of you building allowing them to mange maintenance without having to memorize how they click through a software interface. Both sides work from the same record. The property manager isn't waiting on a text update, and the provider isn't fielding status calls all afternoon. When ownership asks what happened at a building in March, the answer is attached to the property, not an inbox search across hundreds of emails. Core features: - Create and assign work orders to any vendor on your list - Accept, decline, and status updates from the field - Advanced ticketing - Scheduling and geocaching - Photo documentation attached to the job it belongs to - Timestamped history for every property and every provider - Overdue and unaccepted work surfaced automatically - Multi-property views for managers, multi-client views for providers - Push notifications for new, accepted, overdue, and completed jobs - Invoices linked to the job record - Exportable service reports If you manage properties: See open, pending, and overdue work across your whole portfolio in one list. Know which vendors respond and which ones don't, based on dates rather than recollection. Approve invoices against documented work instead of taking them on trust. If you provide the service: Schedule your team, see when they check-in/check-out and confirm they're onsite. Run every client property from one app instead of a whiteboard, a group text, and a spreadsheet. Crews update jobs on site. Clients see progress without calling you. Documented work clears approval faster. Getting started: Add a property, invite one vendor, and run a single job through the app. Setup takes a few minutes and doesn't require moving your existing records over first. Create work orders, tickets, manage assets, and invoicing, all at your fingertips. Free to get started.
