ClassLedger

ClassLedger is a private-first class ledger for busy families. It helps parents keep children’s extracurricular classes, enrichment lessons, sports training, music sessions, art classes, language courses, and tuition packages organized in one clear place. Instead of juggling receipts, chat messages, calendar events, and handwritten notes, ClassLedger turns each course into a simple structured record. Add the child, course name, teacher, location, start and end dates, total lessons, session duration, price, and schedule. From there, you can follow what has been used, what remains, and what is coming next. Plan the week with confidence: See today’s classes and the next 7 days at a glance Track scheduled, completed, cancelled, absent, makeup, and rescheduled sessions Add class sessions to Apple Calendar Keep teacher, location, notes, and timing details with each course Understand every lesson package: Track total, used, and remaining sessions Review total, used, and remaining minutes Record course price and currency Understand cost per lesson and cost per hour Capture learning moments: Add notes after each class Attach photos to session records Build a structured history of your child’s activities and growth ClassLedger is designed for parents managing multiple children and multiple activities. Whether your family is tracking piano lessons, swim training, art workshops, tutoring, language classes, dance practice, or weekend enrichment programs, ClassLedger helps you keep the full picture organized without turning family logistics into another chore.
