Sleep Talk Recorder & Snore records and transcribes what you say in your sleep, and labels the snoring, breathing and coughs you never hear — on your iPhone or iPad, with no account and no cloud. Put your phone on the nightstand, tap “Start tonight” and wake to a written record of your night. HOW IT WORKS • Voice activity detection records short clips only when there is sound, and skips the silence • Works with the screen locked and the phone face-down — no buttons in the dark • When you end the night, every clip is transcribed on-device, time-stamped and in order, with playback • Snoring, breathing and coughs are labeled by on-device sound classification, including quiet snoring too soft to start a clip • With Apple Health, each sound is placed on the sleep stage it happened in: awake, REM, core or deep • On devices with Apple Intelligence, a gentle dream interpretation suggests what a fragment might mean ON IPHONE DUO • Open flat: recording on one side, your latest night on the other • Folded partway on the nightstand: a dim bedside clock above the hinge, Start and End below QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK Do I talk in my sleep?
