Townie Sports

**The only sports app a Boston fan needs.** Every morning, press play. Your AI-generated audio recap reads out the night before — Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, Patriots — so you catch up while the coffee brews or the dog gets walked. Then comes The Townie Two: the two biggest stories in sports outside of Boston, so you're covered on everything before you've finished your first cup. Hands-free. Ad-free. Quiet. Pick your length: 3, 5, or 8 minutes. When you actually want to dig in, every team has its own tab: stories pulled from Boston's best sources, live scores with a real-time pulse, the full schedule, and standings updated daily. The live ticker scrolls game updates across the top of every screen — only when there's an active game, never busywork. Following more than just Boston? The Not Boston tab covers national sports — NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, plus Golf, Tennis, and the events you pick. **Built around four ideas:** - **Speed.** Open the app, see what matters in three seconds. - **Calm.** Dark theme, gold accents, zero pop-ups, zero ads. - **Local.** News from NESN, Boston.com, MassLive, NBC Sports Boston. - **Yours.** Toggle which teams, which sources, which voice style. **WHAT'S INSIDE** - Daily AI-generated morning audio recap (3, 5, or 8 min) - The Townie Two — top 2 national sports stories, every morning - Live scores for Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, Patriots - Real-time score ticker during active games - Curated news from Boston-local outlets - Game schedules and live standings, updated daily - Not Boston tab — national sports plus Golf, Tennis, and more - Three voice styles: Sportscaster, Casual, Headlines - Adjustable text size - No tracking.
