FieldBrief

Your best notes happen on the jobsite walk. Then they die in a notebook. FieldBrief is the punch list and construction daily report app that writes itself. Tap twice, put your phone in your pocket, and walk the job talking the way you'd talk to your assistant super. Within minutes of finishing, you have: • A punch list, sorted by trade and ready to send • A daily log, drafted for you: manpower, work completed, delays, safety, deliveries and visitors • A clean list for every sub with only their items, emailed in one tap No typing in the truck. No transcribing at the trailer. No catching up on Sunday night. BUILT FOR THE JOBSITE • Truly hands-free: lock the screen, pocket the phone, keep walking. A lock-screen timer shows you're still recording. • Works in dead zones: start and finish a walk with zero bars. It sends itself when you're back in signal. • Never lose a walk: if the app is interrupted or crashes, your recording and photos are waiting when you reopen it. • Snap photos as you go. They're saved right with the walk. • Get a notification the moment your walk is ready. YOU STAY IN CONTROL Every item is yours to review before anything goes out. Keep items private, send them to subs, flag them for your executives, or drop them into the daily log. ONE WALK, EVERY SCREEN Review on iPhone or iPad, or open the web dashboard for RFI drafts, sub scorecards, and search across every walk you've ever done. Made for general contractors: superintendents, assistant supers, foremen and project managers on commercial jobs. PLANS FieldBrief is a subscription for construction teams. New accounts start with a free 14-day trial, and you can subscribe anytime at fieldbrief.io. An internet connection is needed to process walks. PRIVACY Your walks, photos and notes are visible only to people in your company. Before your first walk, FieldBrief asks your permission to send walk audio and photos to our AI provider, which turns them into your notes and never uses them to train AI models. We do not sell your data.
