Telos Note: AI Meeting Notepad

Telos Note is an AI meeting and notes recorder for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. Record a thought, capture a meeting, then turn it into useful notes. On Mac, keep your prep beside the call, ask questions while the meeting is happening, catch up on what you missed and search the live transcript. When you are ready, create clear summaries, decisions, actions and follow-up emails. RECORD THOUGHTS AND MEETINGS Capture voice notes and in-person meetings on iPhone and iPad. On Apple Watch, start a meeting or voice note from your wrist. Recordings transfer to your iPhone, where Telos turns them into notes. On Mac, capture microphone and meeting audio directly without adding a meeting bot. Transcribe in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and Cantonese. Some languages require a one-time download. YOUR MEETING NOTEPAD ON MAC Keep a compact Notepad beside your video call with: • Prep • Your Notes • Live transcript • Ask this meeting • Catch me up • Transcript search Your prep is ready when the meeting starts, while Your Notes stay separate from the transcript of what was said. TURN MEETINGS INTO USEFUL NOTES When you choose to create AI meeting notes, Telos can produce: • Summary • Decisions • Actions with owners • Open questions Your transcript remains available as the record of what was said. Telos can also create a follow-up email from the meeting, ready to copy or open in Mail. ASK YOUR NOTES Ask questions about an individual note or across your saved library. Ask Library answers from your notes and shows the sources behind the answer, so you can see where the information came from. During a meeting on Mac, use Ask this meeting, Catch me up or transcript search without leaving the Notepad. PREP BEFORE THE MEETING See upcoming meetings from Apple Calendar and add your own Prep before you join. With iCloud Sync enabled, your notes and Prep can be available across your Apple devices.
