SAFA+Checklist

Built by working corporate pilots, SAFA+Checklist turns EU/EASA SAFA ramp-check preparation from a binder chase into a guided, on-device workflow. BUILD A PROFILE IN MINUTES — NOT AN AFTERNOON • Profile Quick Start: three guided steps — drop in your documents, photograph the aircraft, rehearse the ramp check. • Smart Filing Inbox: select your certificates, licenses, MEL, insurance, and manuals in one batch. Each document is read on this device and filed where an inspector would ask for it — you review and confirm every proposal. • Sub-bullet precision: extracts such as duty-time tables file to the exact inspection point, not just the item. • Expiration capture: dates found in your documents flow straight into the expiration tracker. • Tail cross-check: warns when a document references a different registration than the profile. • Appendix copies: file supporting documents to appendix topics in the same pass. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND • Items-covered readiness across all 53 checklist items, section by section (A–E). • "Where to find this" hints on every empty item: what the document is, where operators find it, and what to capture. • Ramp Check Rehearsal: every item asked the way an inspector asks it — answered from your own notes and attachments, gaps flagged in orange. EVERYTHING A RAMP CHECK TOUCHES • 53-item SAFA checklist with inspection points, reference material, findings categories (Cat 1–3), placards, appendix, revisions, and expiration tracking. • Pre-Inspection Prep list and Required Documents on Board, scoped by registration prefix and operation type. • Share complete profiles between crew devices; export a PDF summary for the flight department. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Documents are read on your device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing leaves your device. • On devices that support Apple Intelligence, on-device models help identify document types. No cloud, no account, no tracking. ALSO INCLUDED • CO₂ emissions tool with CORSIA MRV / EU ETS support: flight logging, applicability wizard, EMP and AER email submissions, PDF reports.
