Bukavilla

Bukavilla is a direct-booking marketplace for private villas. You browse, you book, and you message the actual owner — no service fee, no Why book direct? When you book a villa through a big platform, the listing price already includes a service fee, and you pay another one at checkout. That money doesn't make your stay better. On Bukavilla, the price you see is the price you pay. The owner sets it. There is no platform fee tacked on at checkout, and there are no surprise charges. What you get with the app — A curated catalog of private villas. Each one is listed by the person who actually runs it, with real photos and descriptions written by hand. — Calendars that are honest. Availability syncs from the owner's other channels (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) every few hours, so the dates you see really are open. — Direct messaging with the owner. Ask about the breakfast, the road in, the WiFi, the dog. Most owners reply the same day. — Secure payments. Pay with your card or by other means directly that funds flow to the owner. Owners have option to set different payment modes. — Trip details, saved villas, and check-in info, all in one place once you're booked. Who this is for If you've ever booked a villa on a big platform and wondered who was actually getting your money, this app is for you. If you've ever cancelled a stay because the "service fee" doubled the price at checkout, this app is for you. If you'd rather text the host than open a ticket with a help desk, this app is for you. For villa owners If you run a villa and want to take direct bookings without giving 15-20% to a third party, Bukavilla is built for you too. Sign in to manage your listing, sync your calendars, set your pricing, and message guests — all from the same app your guests use. About Bukavilla Bukavilla is operated by Bukavilla LLC (Texas, USA). The platform itself is global — owners list villas from anywhere; guests book from anywhere. We do not hold guest funds, do not charge guest service fees, and do not mediate disputes after a booking is complete. The relationship is between you and the owner, and the app is designed to keep it that way.
