Rienly - Your Vehicle Journal

Tracking your vehicle's mileage and service work, made easy with Rienly. Rienly is a precise driving log — and a full service journal — for an accurate record of your vehicle without friction. Capture a reading in seconds, mark it work or private, and hand your accountant a clean report at month's end. No spreadsheets. No paper logbook. No missed mileage. Built for employees and sole traders. Works in kilometres or miles, in English or Swedish. LOG A DRIVE IN SECONDS Type it on a fast, focused keypad — or speak it into the mic beside the field. Drive it. Start GPS tracking and let Rienly measure the distance, even with the screen locked. WORK OR PRIVATE, SORTED Tag each segment as work or private with a single tap. Split one drive when a personal stop falls inside a work trip. Auto-split recurring private detours on the days you choose. A LOGBOOK THAT HOLDS UP Give every work trip a purpose — saved ones reuse in a tap. Start and stop addresses on every trip, with multi-stop chains for delivery days. Trips that look like home–work commuting are flagged. Export a month and it locks — later edits require an unlock and land in an audit trail inside the PDF report. SEE THE MONTH AT A GLANCE A clean monthly summary with a continuous, gap-free total. Export a monthly CSV, PDF report, or GPS map images — ready for your accountant or the year-end file. EVERY SERVICE, ON FILE Log what was done and at what mileage, per vehicle, with notes. Name the intervals the vehicle lives by — oil change, brake fluid, inspection — counted in kilometres, months, or both, with one-tap presets. A note on the home screen when a service comes due. Attach receipt photos or PDFs to any entry. Selling? Send the full history — receipts included — to the buyer's Rienly. Receiving is free. WHAT THE CAR ACTUALLY COSTS Every cost — fuel, insurance, tax, parking, parts — totalled per period, per kilometre and per month, split business/private by your real mileage. Log fill-ups and charging: consumption in l/100 km or kWh/100 km, with a note if it drifts above the vehicle's baseline. A parts & fluids list per vehicle — oil grade, part numbers, last price — pre-fills the parts when you log a service. Set it all against your mileage reimbursement. EVERYTHING WORTH REMEMBERING A notes space per vehicle for the good-to-know — tire sizes, paint codes, the owner's manual — as text, photos, and PDFs.
