If a product cannot be found from available data sources, the app provides a no-product-found state and recovery options instead of stopping the user. The app supports guest access for basic usage and account-based access for saving and premium features. Users may browse basic product information without immediately subscribing. Premium and AI Pro features are available through in-app subscription options and may include expanded ingredient analysis, additive explanations, product rescue/photo lookup, cleaner food guidance, and other AI-assisted food insights. Barcode scanning requires camera permission. If camera access is not granted or scanning is unavailable, users can use manual barcode entry as a fallback.
