Backstage Live for Whatnot

Seller tools for Whatnot live shows, on the iPad or iPhone you already own. Backstage Live for Whatnot records every sale by name the moment it happens, gives each buyer a bin, prints a bin label to a Bluetooth thermal printer the second an item sells, works out what each item earned after Whatnot's fees, keeps your inventory, and hands you a packing manifest when you end the show. No computer anywhere in the setup. On Whatnot, the show is the easy part. The grind starts after: going through your video receipts to work out who bought what, and hand-writing bin numbers on sticky notes. Go live from your phone like normal, open the same show in Backstage on your iPad, and it does the rest. WHAT IT RECORDS, LIVE - Every sale, by name. The buyer's first name, the item, the price, the instant it sells. Auctions, Buy It Now, flash sales. - A photo of every sale, taken from your stream the moment it sold. - What each item earned after Whatnot's fees. The real number, not the hammer price. - Repeat buyers stack on one card, and buyer history follows you across shows. - Tips, raids and giveaways in their own Shoutouts list, so a free win never eats a bin number. - The moments you would miss: who raided you, who won the giveaway, whose payment is pending, who just made their first purchase. Flagged live, by name. HOW IT SORTS THE SHOW WHILE YOU SELL - Bins, assigned for you. Each buyer gets a bin number on their first win and keeps it all show. - A sale waiting on payment keeps its bin, gets its own label, and stays out of your totals until it clears. - Hold a buyer's bin across shows for weekly bundled shipping. LABELS THAT PRINT THEMSELVES Pair a Bluetooth thermal printer inside the app once, and a bin label prints the second a buyer wins: big bin number, the buyer's name, a star for a first-time buyer, and giveaway and pending labels. Item labels with the lot number if you want them. Sizes from 2x1 to 4x6. No printer yet? Bins work with a marker. WHAT YOU GET AT END SHOW A packing manifest: every buyer, every bin, every item, with a photo of each item, grouped by bin in pull order. Plus a recap with the real net after fees. INVENTORY AND WHAT THINGS COST Keep your stock in one place: what you have, what it cost, sizes and where it's stored. Log a bulk purchase and Backstage works out your cost per piece. Add items to any show from what you have on hand, with what's left in each size. LIST YOUR NEXT SHOW IN MINUTES Backstage Prep builds a whole batch of listings on your iPad or iPhone: snap a photo and the built-in lookup fills in the details, reuse templates, bulk-edit price, category and shipping profile, number your lots in one tap, and export a CSV that matches Whatnot's import template. Sized items upload as one listing or one listing per size. CONSIGNMENT, HANDLED Tag items to the people you sell for. Every sale lands on the right consignor as it happens, the split is worked from what the item really earned after fees, special terms can set different splits by sale price, and each consignor gets a free web portal to see what sold and what they are owed. REPORTS IN YOUR BACKSTAGE ACCOUNT Profit after Whatnot's fees and what things cost, stock value and aging, your best and worst sellers, top buyers, regulars who've gone quiet, and pending payments. ONE LOGIN, EVERY DEVICE The same account runs this app and the Backstage Chrome extension on a Mac or Windows computer. Running a raid train? Trains are organized on Raid Train Express, our partner. A FEW HONEST NOTES - It only reads the Whatnot show you open. It never signs in as you, never posts, and never touches your stream or your account. - Built by a working Whatnot seller, not affiliated with Whatnot. Every paid plan starts with a free trial. A Backstage account is required. Run the show. We've got backstage. Terms of Use: https://backstagelive.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://backstagelive.app/privacy
