Create, review, approve, and track operational workflows from the field, the plant floor, or the office. Process Manager moves your workflow from start to finish, saving you time and stress with the power of automation. BUILT FOR THE FIELD, OFFLINE-FIRST The app keeps working when your connection doesn't. Everything you do is saved to your device first and synchronized automatically, so a dead spot on a platform, a basement pump room, or a flight never costs you your work. Create complete workflows offline: pick the app, asset, and template, fill out the form, and it queues until you're back in coverage. A pending screen shows exactly what's waiting to sync. APPROVALS THAT KEEP WORK MOVING • See every workflow that's waiting on you, flagged front and center • Approve, return, or reject steps with reasons, signatures, and full history • Swipe to quick-approve straight from the list • Follow the approval chain: who signed off, who's next, what's left EVERYTHING A WORKFLOW NEEDS • Fill out and complete workflows just as you would from the Veris site • Attach photos, videos, and documents from the camera or your files • Comments on workflows, steps, and individual questions with @mentions • Action items with assignees, due dates, and completion tracking • Full-text search plus filters for status, priority, asset, and step STAY IN THE LOOP • Home dashboard with organization alerts and your recent apps • In-app notification feed with unread badges • Links inside Veris workflows open directly in the app ENTERPRISE-GRADE ACCESS • Sign in with your work Microsoft account (Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on) or as invited user using your Google or Apple accounts • Multi-organization support with instant switching • Your permissions and roles follow you from the Veris web platform Veris Global builds intuitive no-code Apps that automate workflows, simplify operations, ensure compliance, and drive measurable efficiency.
