Arteesa: Book an Artisan

Arteesa connects you with skilled artisans near you, so getting a job done at home or work is straightforward. FIND THE RIGHT ARTISAN Browse plumbers, electricians, carpenters, cleaners, technicians and more. Filter by category, see distance from you, and check ratings and completed jobs before you decide. Every artisan on the platform goes through identity verification. SEE REAL WORK BEFORE YOU BOOK View an artisan's portfolio, services and prices, read reviews from other clients, and check how quickly they usually respond. BOOK IN A FEW TAPS Pick a service, choose a date and time, and set the job location. Whether the artisan works at your address or from their own shop, the booking shows exactly where the job happens. POST A REQUEST AND GET PROPOSALS Cannot find what you need? Describe the job, set a budget if you have one, and let matching artisans send you proposals. Compare them and pick the one that suits you. REQUEST A CUSTOM QUOTE Have a specific artisan in mind? Send them a private request and agree the details directly. TALK BEFORE YOU COMMIT Message artisans in the app, share photos and your location, and get invoices in the same conversation, so job details stay in one place. PAY SAFELY Pay by card or bank transfer through Paystack. Your payment is held until you confirm the job is finished, then released to the artisan. STAY ON TOP OF EVERY JOB Track each booking from request through to completion, get updates as the status changes, and rate the artisan afterwards. MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT Save addresses for faster booking, keep a list of artisans you like, review your booking history, and control your notification preferences. Arteesa is available across Nigeria.
