Memol — Notes, sharing, AI

Memol is a notes app built on one idea: it's okay to forget. Notes aren't for remembering. Write something down, let it leave your head, and just ask the AI when you need it back. Write as a team, and a colleague picks it up right when you've forgotten it. We built Memol so you can work with a clear head, always. 【Who it's for】 • People who take notes but can never find them later • People whose notes turn to chaos because tagging and foldering is a hassle • Companies and shops where only one person knows how something works • People frustrated by Evernote's price increases • People who find Notion too heavy and feature-packed • Students and their study notes 【What makes Memol different】 ■ AI search — no tags, no folders needed The AI understands every note by meaning. Search with vague, natural phrases like "the hiring plan we decided in last month's leadership meeting" or "that design idea I had at the cafe" and you'll find it. Notes you forgot to tag, notes from back when your folders were a mess — all findable. ■ Share with your team and end key-person risk Invite people to a workspace and everyone can AI-search any note, no matter who wrote it. No more work grinding to a halt when a veteran is out, or knowledge vanishing when someone leaves. Important notes can be locked to "view only," so you can share them without risking unwanted edits. ■ Great for students, too Lecture notes, exam prep, report drafts, reading notes. ■ Simple, pleasant writing A focused editor with the extras stripped away. Markdown, image attachments, tables, and code blocks are all there when you need them. You can also capture voice notes that transcribe as you speak, and let AI start a draft from just a topic. 【How people use it】 • Sharing meeting minutes across a team • Sharing customer records (salons, clinics, animal hospitals, and more) • Managing client-specific rules (accounting firms, professional services) • Sharing recipes and manuals across locations (restaurants) • Building up a library of repair cases (auto repair shops) • Property notes and customer history (real estate) • Lecture notes, exam prep, reading notes (students) If you take notes but never really use them, if your team struggles with key-person risk, if you're looking to move off Evernote, or if you're a student — if even one of these is you, give Memol a try.
