Kıyam: Prayer Times & Quran

About Kıyam: Prayer Times & Quran

Kıyam — In This Update (since v1.2) Ads completely removed The app is now entirely ad-free; there is no tracking, and no permission pop-ups appear. A completely ad-free, distraction-free experience. New: Prayer Time-Linked Alarm (Tools › Alarm) Automatically wakes you up every day a set number of minutes after a chosen prayer time (e.g., Imsak)—no need to set alarms manually; it adjusts based on your location. Choose the duration (1–5 min); it rings persistently for those minutes. Multiple alarm sounds: Classic Alarm, Bell, Sunrise, and authentic Adhan recordings (Hijaz, Morning). New: Verses & Hadiths Based on Mood Verses and hadiths suited to your state of mind (anxiety, sadness, gratitude, repentance, hope...). All sourced from Diyanet (translation + Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn); no unverified texts. Quran updates • Verse search engine: search within the translation or Arabic text; matching words are highlighted, and tapping them takes you directly to that verse. • Surah search is now insensitive to diacritics/accents (“alak” → Âlak, “fatiha” → Fâtiha). • Favorites and the ability to add Surahs to favorites. • Missing Arabic text segments have been completed. Home screen & usability • All prayer times are now visible at a glance, without scrolling. • Past prayer times are more legible. • Notification permission is requested upon startup (to ensure notifications work seamlessly). • Swipe-from-edge to go back on iOS. Qibla • Fixed an issue where the Qibla compass was not working on iOS. • The compass is dimmed until the sensor is ready—preventing you from accidentally mistaking an incorrect direction for the Qibla. Widgets Redesigned: improved readability with the time more prominent; added sunrise time; included location display for the small widget; and fixed the issue where it would appear blank after an update. Notifications Removed the separate "Schedule" button—settings changes are now applied automatically. New sounds for notifications and alarms.
