Prove My Job

Prove My Job helps small service businesses create clean, signed proof reports before and after a job. Built for cleaners, organizers, landscapers, handymen, turnover crews, and mobile service pros, Prove My Job turns customer requests, before photos, after photos, notes, and approvals into one organized report. Instead of relying on scattered text messages, camera roll photos, and memory, you can document the job in a simple agreement-first workflow. Start by entering the customer’s requested work. Add before photos so the customer can review the starting condition. Capture the customer’s first signature to confirm the requested scope and before photos. After the job is complete, add after photos and completion notes by area. Then capture a second customer signature confirming the completed work was reviewed and approved. Each report can include: Customer name Service type Job address Scheduled date Customer requested work Before photos reviewed for approval Customer agreement signature Completed work summary After photos Area notes Final completion approval signature A shareable PDF report Prove My Job is designed for real-world jobs where clear documentation matters. Use it for house cleaning, garage organization, landscaping, yard cleanup, rental turnover work, handyman tasks, move-out services, and other service jobs where customers want to see what was requested and what was completed.
