Gratitude Lock: Daily Journal

Gratitude Lock is a daily gratitude journal that locks your distracting apps until you've written what you're grateful for. Build a habit that sticks by tying it to the apps you already open every day. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps that pull you in 2. Pick when your daily lock starts 3. From that time, those apps stay locked until you write today's gratitude 4. Write a few lines, add a photo if you like, and your apps unlock SHARE WITH PEOPLE YOU LOVE Keep your journal private, or share entries in small Circles with friends and family. React, comment and cheer each other on. AN ANONYMOUS GRATITUDE COMMUNITY Read what people around the world are grateful for, and share your own anonymously. We only ever show your city, never your name. Every post is checked by a filter and moderated, and you can report or block anyone. LOOK BACK ON THE GOOD Every entry is saved to your memories, with your photos. Watch your streak grow and look back on the small moments that made your days.
