NYE Staffing

NYE Staffing helps people find and manage paid event staffing work — similar to how worker apps help freelancers pick up shifts. Anyone can download the app and create an account to apply. After NYE Staffing reviews and accepts your application, you can browse shifts, apply for jobs, manage your calendar, clock in near venues, use your Staff ID/QR, get notifications, and stay coordinated with the ops team. Whether you are brand ambassadors, servers, registration staff, promotional staff, or other event roles, NYE Staffing keeps assignments, times, and locations in one place. Key features: • Apply for event staffing roles after public signup • Browse and manage jobs and shift assignments • Calendar of upcoming work • Location-based clock-in near event venues • Staff ID and QR credential • Push notifications for assignments and updates • Work chat with coordinators • Ratings and profile management NYE Staffing is operated by NY Events NY LLC. Workers from the general public can apply; acceptance is required before full work access (like other public worker platforms).
