Kitchen Confidence Live

Kitchen Confidence Live is a full pastry curriculum taught via livestreams by professionally trained chef Lindsey Farr, built for intermediate home bakers who want a real culinary education without the cost or constraints of culinary school. This is not a collection of recipe videos you watch alone. Kitchen Confidence Live is a structured program where you learn alongside a community of people who care about baking the way you do. Connect outside the livestreams in “The Kitchen,” where members share their work, ask questions, troubleshoot together, and push each other to grow. It is a place for people who take this craft seriously and want to be surrounded by others who do the same. Join us live for Season 1: Pastry Fundamentals which has 29 live sessions across 13 sections. We start with cookies and move progressively through a full professional pastry school arc including cakes, bread, chocolate and plated desserts. Sessions are taught live every other week, with replays available so you never fall behind. You learn the why behind every technique, the same way it is taught in professional kitchens. The Chef’s Table membership gives you full access to the curriculum plus a direct line to Chef Lindsey and her culinary team. Regular Office Hours, Pain Points sessions where you work through real baking challenges together, honest feedback on your actual bakes, and a private group space for deeper conversation. This is as close as it gets to having a professional pastry chef in your kitchen guiding you through every step. Kitchen Confidence Live was built on a simple belief: serious pastry instruction should be accessible to people who are serious about learning, not just people who can afford a culinary degree. If you have been piecing together your baking education from free content online and you are ready for something more structured, more guided, and more connected, this is the program Chef Lindsey spent her career preparing to teach.
