Hummed Sound Therapy

HUMMED is an evidence-based sound therapy app designed by a naturopathic physician and built on the science of how specific frequencies interact with the brain and body. Every track in our growing library is grounded in 85+ peer-reviewed clinical studies... not guesswork, not trend-chasing... real research translated into real therapeutic audio. This isn't a white noise machine. This isn't a meditation timer with ocean sounds. HUMMED delivers precision-calibrated binaural beats, isochronic tones, and vibroacoustic frequencies targeting specific health outcomes. HOW IT WORKS Your brain naturally synchronizes to external rhythmic stimuli. HUMMED uses this principle (called brainwave entrainment) to gently guide your neural activity toward therapeutic frequency states. A 3 Hz delta track encourages deep sleep. A 40 Hz gamma track sharpens focus and memory. A 6 Hz theta track drops you into meditative calm within minutes. WHAT'S INSIDE Our full and growing library of tracks spans conditions including: - Sleep & Insomnia... delta frequency protocols for deep, restorative rest - Meditation & Relaxation... theta frequencies for meditative states - Chronic Pain... the frequency protocol with the strongest clinical evidence for pain relief - Stress, Anxiety & Mood... alpha frequencies for calm focus and emotional balance - Cognitive Performance & Memory... gamma frequencies for memory and focus - ADHD & Focus... a specialized split-hemisphere isochronic technique - Respiratory Health... vibroacoustic frequencies for chest wall therapy - Inflammation & Immune Support... 90 Hz vibroacoustic targeting anti-inflammatory pathways - Tinnitus... spectrally shaped noise for cortical habituation Each condition offers a Pure Tone version (clinical precision) and an Ambient Journey version (the same therapeutic frequencies wrapped in soundscapes of rain, Tibetan bowls, cello, piano, and nature sounds). FOUR FREE TRACKS: With intent to add additional overtime. Try Serene Mind (theta meditation with Tibetan bowls), Serene Mood (alpha stress relief with piano and nature sounds), Diane's Rain & Release (alpha breathwork wrapped in an immersive rain-and-thunderstorm soundscape), and Brannon's Ocean Reverie (an alpha wind-down for rest and sleep with solo violin and ocean waves) completely free. BUILT FOR REAL SESSIONS HUMMED tracks run 20 to 60 minutes because that's what the research supports. Audio continues playing when your screen locks. Lock-screen controls let you pause, scrub, and manage playback without picking up your phone. Download tracks for offline listening so your therapy isn't dependent on a WiFi connection.
