Pause, resume, restart or move to a chosen moment using the playback bar. Preview the time while dragging and release to move the audio. The guided recordings are included in the app for offline playback. PRACTICE WITH BODY AWARENESS Place your iPhone in front of you to use the front camera for movement feedback. Explore movement across the neck, shoulders, torso, arms, legs and hands. Optional sound cues offer a reminder to return to stillness. A close button remains available during camera preparation and practice. A CLEARER, CALMER EXPERIENCE A refreshed interface brings your practices closer. Open Settings and Profile from a compact menu on Home, follow your seven-level journey or choose a free session. Reflections brings together session history, trends, streaks and movement by body zone. When seeking through a recording, skipped time is not added to your practice history. CAMERA PRIVACY Camera movement analysis happens on your device. Capi does not store or upload video. Camera-free listening does not require the camera. Capi is a practice tool for calm, focus and body awareness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or replace professional care. Capi Premium unlocks unlimited sessions, full insights, and everything new as it arrives. Capi Premium is available as a weekly ($3.99/week), monthly ($6.99/month), or annual ($39.99/year) subscription. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. The subscription automatically renews unless turned off in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
