The AI reads the line items on the receipt, sorts them into construction categories and suggests the job. 3. You check it and confirm with one tap. That job's costs update. Or say the expense out loud. The app fills in the amount, store and job; you review it, then save. WHAT THE AI READS FOR YOU • Receipts from big-box and local stores. A multi-page receipt comes in as one. • Line items, sorted into construction categories: plumbing, electrical, tile, lumber, paint, drywall and more. • Return receipts, as credits against the job. • Duplicate receipts, flagged so you can archive the extra copy. • Photos of Zelle, Venmo or Cash App payment confirmations and of checks, to record labor payments. The worker, amount and method are filled in for you to review. • Your questions, answered from the numbers you recorded. SEE WHERE EACH JOB STANDS • Contract amount and change orders against the costs you have recorded so far, materials and labor. • Crew clock-in hours count as job labor. • A 0-100 health score for each job. • Budget alerts, and a job statement you share with your client by link. • Invoices you send from your phone, on Pro and up. CREW • Your crew clocks in and out with GPS at the jobsite. • Set pay rates and see hours by job. On Contractor and up, run payroll and record crew pay. Job Cost Pro does not move money. • A mileage log at the IRS standard mileage rate for 2025 and 2026 trips. PLANS (US PRICES) • Free: 3 jobs, 50 receipts a month, AI receipt scanning, 10 AI chat messages a month (3 in total in each job's chat), 50 other AI actions a month (voice included), 2 finished AI bids a month, 1 tax package a year, 3 crew seats to clock in and see their own pay. • Pro, $29.99 a month or $299.99 a year: unlimited jobs and saved receipts, 10 crew seats, invoice sending, your logo on invoices and bids, the QuickBooks export, 10 finished AI bids a month. • Contractor, $49.99 a month or $499.99 a year: everything in Pro, plus unlimited crew, payroll and pay records, your colors and tagline on invoices, and 30 finished AI bids a month. • Business, $149.99 a month: everything in Contractor, plus 50-photo receipt batches and 100 finished AI bids a month. • At a monthly limit, if an option is available for your account, the app may offer a one-time pack of 25, 50 or 100 finished AI bids, a one-time pack of 25, 50 or 100 extra uses for receipts and Help chat, or a higher plan. Pack bids and extra uses are used after the monthly ones and do not expire. If a plan limit stops you, the app shows your limit and reset date. Prices in other countries show in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends.
