About RankMyFit: Strength Standards

How strong are you, actually? Log one set — weight, reps, reps in reserve — and RankMyFit gives you a percentile within your gender and bodyweight class, from Untrained to World Class. Rankings are built on published ExRx strength standards, with percentiles estimated between tier anchors. No accounts, no feed, no upsell mid-set. Cardio and blood panels rank the same way, so one app answers where you stand — then challenge a friend to settle it. YOUR RANK, HONESTLY COMPUTED Every lift lands on a six-step ladder from Untrained to World Class, anchored to published strength standards. You see the bell curve, where you sit on it, and exactly how many kilos separate you from the next tier. Percentiles are estimates interpolated between those anchors, and the app says so. THE WHOLE BODY, NOT JUST THE BENCH Strength rings per muscle group show where you're built and where you're not. Cardio pulls resting heart rate, VO2 max and HRV from Apple Health and benchmarks each one. Blood markers from your lab results round out a complete fitness base — strength, engine, and what's under the hood. CHALLENGE YOUR FRIENDS Pick a workout, send a link, and settle it. Challenges run head-to-head with a deadline; the app keeps a lifetime win–loss ledger per rival. No accounts — a challenge is an end-to-end encrypted link only the participants can read. PERSONAL RECORDS, NOTICED A genuine PR gets the gold treatment. Everything else gets an honest number. THE MIRROR Progress photos with dry AI commentary that names what it can actually see — and admits when it can't tell. Your photos stay on your phone. FUEL Paste a Spotify or YouTube link and build the soundtrack that gets you through the last set. NO ACCOUNTS, NO FEED There is nothing to sign up for. Your training data lives on your device. No follower counts, no influencers, no algorithmic feed of people fitter than you. WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM Strength standards from published ExRx tables. Cardio benchmarks from ACSM reference data. Blood marker ranges from NHANES population data. Every rank is a comparison against real published references, not against other users' unverified logs. A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS RankMyFit is a training benchmark, not a medical device. Blood and cardio readings are shown for fitness context only and are not medical advice — talk to a doctor about anything that worries you.
