BUILT FOR BANKS AND AL SHMOKH STAFF Al Shmokh is an enterprise tool used by partner banks, branch managers, and Al Shmokh operations teams to manage the full Tawarruq transaction lifecycle: - Create and review financing and deposit quotations - Track bank manager and customer approval workflows - Manage the three-stage commodity certificate process (purchase, transfer, and market sale) that documents Shariah-compliant trading at every step - Monitor purchase orders and settlement status in real time - Handle early settlements and purchase cancellations - Run branch and bank-level performance reports - Manage users, roles, and permissions across banks and branches FOR CUSTOMERS Bank customers can securely log in to view their own transaction certificates and track the status of their financing or deposit, no need to call the branch or wait for paperwork.
