This update adds dental and vision guides on your profile when your plan includes that coverage. Chat history is saved, so you can leave a conversation and come back to it. You can view past premium invoices, switch to an approved family member’s claims, and open the service price tool from Home. Member ID cards now include Away From Home Care on the back, and sign-in shows a clear message when we cannot reach our servers.
