KindSquare

KindSquare is the simple way to coordinate volunteers for recurring community roles. Whether you run a food bank, a community choir, a sports club, a faith community, a mutual aid group, or a school, KindSquare helps you fill every shift without the WhatsApp chaos. FOR COORDINATORS • Create one-off or recurring opportunities — weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or custom • See live coverage at a glance: know which shifts are filled and which are at risk • Automatic reminders go out to volunteers before each date — no more chasing • Track hours, organise volunteers into groups, and review past events • Choose how people join: open sign-up, approval required, or invite only FOR VOLUNTEERS • Discover opportunities that match your interests and availability • Sign up to a recurring series with one tap and export to your calendar • Skip a date you can't make without dropping out of the whole commitment • See every commitment in one place across all the organisations you support • Get gentle reminders before each shift so nothing slips WHY KINDSQUARE Most volunteer coordinators rely on group chats, spreadsheets, and personal nudges. KindSquare replaces all of that with a quiet, reliable system that respects everyone's time. Coordinators spend less time chasing; volunteers stay engaged because they're never overwhelmed. Built for any community group that depends on recurring volunteer commitments. No setup fees, no contracts. QUESTIONS? Visit kindsquare.com/support or email [email protected]
