Chuolink Mentor

Chuolink Mentor is the companion app for verified experts on Chuolink Tanzania's marketplace for academic and professional mentorship. Turn your expertise into income on your own schedule. Whether you're a university lecturer, a working doctor, a senior engineer, a lawyer, or a postgraduate researcher, Chuolink Mentor lets students reach you for paid guidance and you decide your rates, your hours, and how you want to help. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign up and complete your expert profile credentials, disciplines, rates. 2. Submit for verification by the Chuolink team. 3. Once verified, start receiving paid questions, call bookings, and group subscriptions. 4. Withdraw your earnings to mobile money, card, or bank — anytime. EARN THREE WAYS • Answer Questions Students pay your set rate upfront for a guided thread. They send text, voice notes, photos, or short clips with their full question. You read it all, then reply in whichever formats explain it best. • Take Video Calls Students book minutes at your per-minute rate. Calls are HD video on our own infrastructure, with a server-authoritative timer so billing is always fair. If time runs short, students can request an extension on the spot. • Create a Group Build a paid mentorship group around your subject. Set a monthly subscription, accept members, and chat with the whole group in one place perfect for ongoing tutoring, exam prep cohorts, or professional study circles. DESIGNED FOR EXPERTS • Real-time chat with read receipts, typing indicators, voice notes, photos, and short video clips • Group chat for your subscribers share files, answer everyone at once, post announcements • Clean inbox that separates paid threads from active conversations • Per-call earnings breakdown see exactly what you made, when, and from whom • Wallet history with every top-up, payment, refund, and withdrawal in one place • Withdraw to M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa, card, or bank transfer • Push notifications for incoming calls, new questions, and new group members • Dark-mode-first design that's easy on the eyes between sessions YOU STAY IN CONTROL Set your own message rate, call rate, minimum call duration, group price, and availability. Pause new bookings any time. Decline a question if it's outside your area. Remove disruptive members from your group. Your time, your rules. VERIFIED EXPERTS ONLY Every mentor on Chuolink is reviewed by our verification team credentials, identity, and (for regulated fields like medicine and law) in-person checks. Students trust the badge; you benefit from the platform. FAST, SECURE PAYMENTS Powered by ChuolinkPay. Funds land in your in-app wallet instantly when a student pays.
