WatchSheet

The CRM built for high-end repair shops. Watchmakers, jewelers, and specialty workshops that value speed and clarity over bloat. Look up any order in seconds. See where it is, what work was agreed, and whether it's been paid, without digging through email threads or paper tickets. Take in new jobs at the bench, attach photos straight from your camera, and let the system handle the rest. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Look up jobs instantly — search by job number, customer, or product identifier (serial, model, and more) • See live job status — current state, quoted work, payment status, and full communication history • Take in new work — capture customer info, agreed line items, and timelines in a single flow • Build quotes on the spot — pull from your service catalog, adjust pricing per-job, send for approval • Attach photos — camera or library, with separate public (customer-visible) and internal (shop-only) galleries • Manage your team — per-member permissions for intake, invoicing, shipping, payments, and finance • Maintain your service catalog — pricing, descriptions, and inventory in sync with the bench BUILT FOR THE BENCH WatchSheet sends automated emails and SMS to your customers as their orders move through each state — so you spend less time updating people and more time on the work. Integrations with Stripe, ShipEngine, and Jeweler's Mutual handle payment, insurance, and shipping without leaving the system.
