About PeptideStack: Peptide Tracker
PeptideStack is an educational tracker for your peptide and GLP-1 routine. Log every dose in one tap, set reminders, follow your vials and cycles, and work out how many units to draw with the built-in reconstitution calculator. Educational tool, not medical advice. It never recommends a dose. RECONSTITUTION CALCULATOR Enter your vial strength, the bacteriostatic water you added and the dose you want. PeptideStack shows how many units to draw on an insulin syringe, the same volume in mL, the concentration of your mix and how many doses the vial holds. Every insulin syringe is U-100, so 100 units is always 1 mL, whatever the barrel size (0.3, 0.5 or 1 mL). The barrel only decides whether your dose fits, and the calculator warns you when it does not, or when a dose is too small to measure accurately. It is arithmetic, not advice: it converts the numbers you type in and never suggests what to take. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Build your stack from a catalog of 50+ commonly studied peptides, including BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin, tesamorelin, MK-677, cagrilintide, retatrutide, semaglutide and tirzepatide. • Log a dose in one tap. Details are pre-filled from your stack, so a normal day takes seconds. • Add a note to any dose and review your full history, grouped by day. • Set dose reminders for the days and the time you choose. They are scheduled on your phone, so they work offline. • Track each vial: the amount left is worked out from the doses you log, with a discard-by date based on the days you set. • Track cycles: set your on and off weeks and see the day count at a glance. • Chart your progress: body weight, sleep, energy and recovery. • Export your dose history and progress as a CSV file. • Use it in English, German, French, Spanish or Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout for Arabic. WHO IT IS FOR • People keeping a personal record of a peptide routine they manage themselves. • People logging GLP-1 medication already prescribed by their healthcare provider. • Researchers, biohackers, athletes and anyone who wants a clean log instead of scattered notes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and tied to your account so nothing is lost when you change phones. We never sell your data. You can delete your account in Settings at any time. FREE AND PRO Free: the reconstitution calculator, dose logging, full history, 1 reminder and up to 3 peptides. PeptideStack Pro adds: • Unlimited peptides • Dose reminders on every peptide • Vial tracking • Cycle tracking • Progress charts • CSV export Monthly: $4.99 / month Yearly: $29.99 / year (save about 50%) Lifetime: $79.99, one-time purchase 7-day free trial on the monthly and yearly plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. IMPORTANT PeptideStack is an educational tracking tool. It does not give medical advice or diagnosis and never recommends a dose: doses, frequencies and calculator values are yours to set and to double-check. You are responsible for your own decisions. What’s new
Version 1.2.0 · Updated October 5, 2026
Version 1.2 is our biggest update yet. New: add your own entries, a catalog that grew from 32 to 69 compounds, a reconstitution calculator, dose reminders, vial and cycle tracking, progress charts and CSV export. WHAT'S NEW • Add your own: if something is not in the catalog, type a name, pick mg or mcg and, if you like, add a dose range. The entry is private to your account and works everywhere a catalog entry does: dose log, reminders, vials, cycles, charts and export. Rename it whenever you want. You can delete it unless doses are logged against it, so your dose history can never be wiped by accident. A custom entry counts towards your peptide limit like any other. • Bigger catalog: 69 compounds, up from 32, with new entries in every category, including retatrutide, survodutide, mazdutide, PT-141, NAD+ and rapamycin. • Reconstitution calculator: a new tab, available to every user. Enter your vial strength, your bacteriostatic water and your dose to see how many units to draw on an insulin syringe, the same volume in mL, the concentration of your mix and how many doses the vial holds. It warns you when a dose will not fit the syringe you picked, or is too small to measure accurately. • Dose reminders: choose the days and the time. Reminders are scheduled on your phone and work offline. • Vial tracking: the amount left is worked out from the doses you log, with a discard-by date. • Cycle tracking: set your on and off weeks and see the day count. • Progress: log body weight, sleep, energy and recovery and watch the trend on a chart. • CSV export: share your dose history and progress as a spreadsheet file. • Peptide pages: tap any peptide in your stack to see its reminder, vial, cycle and recent doses in one place. • Fixes: cycle and date handling now follows your local calendar day in every time zone, plus layout and input-validation fixes. Unlimited peptides, reminders on every peptide, vial and cycle tracking, progress charts and export are part of PeptideStack Pro. The calculator is arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It never recommends a dose. PeptideStack is an educational tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing or stopping any peptide regimen. Catalog descriptions are educational reference only. For entries you create yourself, PeptideStack shows no description or guidance at all. Questions, ideas or bug reports?
