About MasjidConnect Community
MasjidConnect is the app for your masjid — not a generic prayer calculator. Connect to your local masjid and see the same jamaat times, announcements, events and campaigns they publish on the hall screens. YOUR MASJID, LIVE • Official adhan and jamaat from your masjid's timetable • Countdown to the next salah on the home screen • Home Screen widgets with your masjid's name and times • Committee announcements, not a buried WhatsApp thread • Community events you can actually find • Give to your masjid's live campaigns ALWAYS WITH YOU • Quran — read or listen, with translation • Qibla compass • Prayer tracker • Hijri date beside the Gregorian MasjidConnect Community is free for worshippers. When your masjid lists itself, the app becomes theirs.
What’s new
Version 1.1.0 · Updated October 15, 2026
A whole new look for MasjidConnect. • Home now leads with your masjid's next jamaat and a big countdown, over a picture that changes through the day. • New tabs: Home, Prayers, Quran, Masjid and More. • The Masjid tab brings notices, events and giving together. • Prayer tracker: tick off each prayer, see your week and keep a streak. • Quran: the translation sits under each verse, with recitation and a choice of Modern, Paper or Night. • Qibla: a gold tick and a gentle buzz when you're facing the Qibla. • Ask the imam: a simpler form, and you can leave your name off. • Reminders: choose a reminder before each prayer, at the azaan and when jamaat starts, prayer by prayer. • New widgets that look like your masjid's screens, plus a countdown on the lock screen. • Light by day and dark after Magrib, or pick your own. • Works better with larger text sizes.
