Arbsafe - Arborist Safety

ArbSafe is the safety and operations app built for arborists, tree-care crews, and climbing professionals. Whether you're pruning, removing, or rigging, ArbSafe helps your team stay compliant, organised, and audit-ready—right from the truck. Designed with real climbers and ground crews, ArbSafe replaces messy paper forms, scattered photos, and end-of-day catch-ups with a single, field-friendly workflow. Capture risk assessments before the chainsaw starts, log safety deviations the moment they happen, and hand clients a polished PDF report before you leave the site. KEY FEATURES • Digital Risk Assessments Complete site-specific risk assessments in minutes. Tap-through hazard checklists cover drop zones, overhead lines, public access, weather, and tree condition. Sign on glass, attach photos, and lock the assessment before work begins. • Job Dispatch & Crew Assignments Receive jobs pushed from your dispatcher, see the address, scope, and assigned crew, and check in when you arrive. Foremen can reassign on the fly. • Safety Deviation Logging See something unsafe? Log it in seconds with a photo, location, and severity. Deviations roll up to your organisation so trends get caught early—not after an incident. • Compliance Documents at Hand Keep certifications, insurance, SDS sheets, and method statements in your pocket. No more digging through email when a client or inspector asks. • Team & Certification Tracking Climber tickets, chainsaw tickets, first-aid, MEWP—every certification with expiry alerts so nothing lapses mid-season. • Client-Ready PDF Reports Generate branded PDF reports for every job: assessment, photos, deviations, sign-offs. Email straight to the client or archive for auditors. • Built for the Field Works offline in the canopy. Syncs when you're back in signal. Big tap targets, glove-friendly, readable in direct sun. WHO IT'S FOR • Independent arborists and small tree-care firms • Mid-size tree services managing multiple crews • Utility vegetation management teams • Local councils and grounds-maintenance contractors • Anyone responsible for safety on a tree job WHY ARBSAFE We built ArbSafe with arborists, not for them. Every screen has been tested by climbers, ground workers, and dispatchers who told us what slowed them down. The result is a tool that takes paperwork from a 30-minute end-of-day chore to a 30-second tap-through, while giving owners and safety officers the visibility they've never had.
