About Meridian: Blood Test Tracker

Your medical records hold answers. Meridian helps you find them. Meridian transforms how you manage your health data. Import any lab report, as a PDF or a photograph, and let Apple's on-device intelligence extract every biomarker, organize your history, and surface the patterns that matter. Everything happens directly on your iPhone, entirely offline, with nothing transmitted to external servers. HOW IT WORKS Import a lab report in any format. Meridian leverages Apple's on-device foundation model built into iOS, alongside a deterministic parsing engine to structure every result automatically. What previously required manual data entry now happens in seconds. UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR HEALTH EVOLVES Every biomarker becomes a data point on a clinically-annotated trend chart. Observe how your results respond to lifestyle changes over weeks, months, or years. Compare any two reports side by side to identify meaningful shifts, all consolidated in a single, private timeline. DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES Create dedicated profiles for your spouse, parents, or children. Seamlessly switch between family members. Each profile maintains its own records, trend history, and emergency information, because health management extends beyond the individual. YOUR EMERGENCY CARD, ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE Allergies. Medications. Conditions. Meridian keeps your critical medical information available in a single screen, designed to be presented to a first responder within seconds. PRIVACY IS THE ARCHITECTURE We designed Meridian so that we cannot access your data, even as the developers. • 100% on-device processing, no cloud servers, no third-party APIs • AES-256 encryption at rest • Face ID protection • RevenueCat handles subscription verification only. It has zero access to your health data • No advertising SDKs, no analytics tracking, no data monetization BUILT FOR CLARITY • Trend charts with clinical reference range annotations • Side-by-side report comparison to track biomarker changes over time • PDF clinical report export, share a complete health summary with your doctor • CSV data export for seamless integration with healthcare workflows • Apple Health integration for activity and vitals alongside your lab data • Support for both numeric and qualitative results Meridian is built by PurpleDaisy, a studio that believes medical data belongs to the patient, not the platform.
