BoardingKit

BoardingKit is for the small boutique boarding or daycare operation that has outgrown a spreadsheet. It holds your clients, their dogs, and every stay you have booked, and it does it on your own device. TODAY, AT A GLANCE Open the app and see who is arriving, who is leaving, who is still in the building, and who has already gone home. Check a dog in or out with a swipe. Anything running past its pick-up time is marked so you notice it before the owner calls. CALENDAR VIEW The month view shows how full each day is, with bookings listed below. CLIENTS AND DOGS Enter as little or as much info needed. Client name and pet name gets you started booking. STAYS THAT REPEAT The regulars who come every Tuesday get set up once. Weekly or bi-weekly, with an end date, and the whole series lands on your calendar. BOARDING AGREEMENTS Write your agreement once, have owners sign it on your iPhone or iPad, and keep the signed copy with the client. Export as PDF whenever you need it. INCOME AT A GLANCE Income totals by period, with a CSV export that opens in any spreadsheet. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN A widget showing today's roster, so the first thing you see in the morning is the first thing you need. BUILT PROPERLY Native iPhone and iPad. Full Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support. Reminders scheduled on the device, so they arrive whether or not you have a signal. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no BoardingKit account and no BoardingKit server. Your records stay on your device and sync through your own private iCloud, which means we cannot see your clients, your dogs, or what you charge. Nobody can, except you. SUBSCRIPTION BoardingKit is one subscription with everything included — there is no upgrade to buy later and nothing is held back. New subscriptions start with a free month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime via your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Without an active subscription BoardingKit becomes read-only: every record you have created stays visible and exportable, and you can still check dogs in and out of stays you have already booked. Nothing is ever deleted. Stop juggling paper, spreadsheets, and texts. Run your pet care business like the pro you are. Download BoardingKit and start your free trial today.
